You already made a video that worked. Then production got in the way.

Most advisors don't stop posting because they lose interest. They stop because editing, making thumbnails and deciding what to film next turns into a second job. We do those three things for you. You just film.

On the call we go through your channel with you, show you the video worth repeating, and redesign one of your thumbnails. No charge, and no obligation after it.

90 seconds—

Here's what we'd do with your channel

Husnain runs through a real advisor channel, the video that worked, and one thumbnail before and after.

If you wait—

What happens while a channel sits still

Your old videos keep getting views. The videos you never made are the ones another advisor got the call for.

Before

Your channel worked

Somewhere in your library is a video that did far better than the rest. It showed the audience is out there, and that you are good on camera.

Then

The work piled up

Editing took longer than planned. One week slipped, then a month. Nobody decides to stop posting. It just happens.

Now

Someone else is answering those questions

People are still searching the topics you cover. Right now they are watching another advisor explain them.

What you get—

What you get every month

One package. No tiers to choose between. Here is everything that is in it.

Per video

four a month
One validated idea We spend one to three hours choosing it. You also get a backup idea, in case you don't like the first one.
Two title options Both written for that specific idea. You choose the one you prefer.
Two finished thumbnails Finished files, ready to upload. Not mockups. You get one round of changes.
A full edit Up to 15 minutes long, with graphics. You get two rounds of changes.
The analysis—

How we choose what you film

This is what decides whether a video works. Most production teams skip it completely.

1–3 hrs

Spent on every single idea

A bad topic wastes your filming day and our production week. So we spend the time here, before anything else starts.

The niche

We search for what already worked

Every week we look through retirement videos that did far better than their own channel's average, then work out why they did.

Your channel

Then we check it against yours

What has worked on your channel, what hasn't, and which of your videos deserved a follow-up and never got one.

The titles

Checked against the market

We look at what is performing right now on the same topic. You get the two titles that held up, and you choose.

Thumbnails—

Before we took the channel on, and after.

Two of our clients' channels. The old thumbnails say what the video is about. The new ones make a claim and show the proof for it.

Before

Earlier thumbnail: Pay Roth taxes like this Earlier thumbnail: RMD Mistakes Earlier thumbnail: You don't need $1M to retire Earlier thumbnail: Retiring? Do this with your 401k

After

Thumbnail we made: Avoid Roth? $76,000 versus $0 federal tax Thumbnail we made: RMDs aren't an issue — until here Thumbnail we made: $2M saved — retire now Thumbnail we made: Savings don't matter after this

Book a call and we will redesign one of your own thumbnails before we speak, so you can see the difference on your own channel rather than someone else's.

Track record—

The four channels we run.

All four get more views per video than they have subscribers. Your subscriber count is not what decides whether a video gets watched.

These four clients are on our full service. That includes deeper market research and scripts written for them. The package on this page uses the same method, but on one idea a week instead of a batch every month. The editing and the thumbnails are exactly the same. The research is narrower.

Figures from YouTube, 24 September 2026. Four channels, 436 videos, 4.7 million views between them.

Your part—

What you actually have to do

Your side of it is one filming session and two short emails.

Us

We email you an idea

One idea, one backup and two titles. You reply with the one you want. Two minutes.

You

You write it and film it

Your own words, your own client examples. One filming session, whenever suits you.

You

You send us the footage

Drop the file into a shared folder. That is the last thing you have to do.

Us

We send back the finished video

Plus two thumbnails, ready to upload. Ask for changes if you want them, then post it whenever you like.

What you keep—

Three things we don't do

Not included

  • Scripts. You write those yourself. In this niche that is better anyway. A script written in someone else's voice is one your compliance team will question.
  • Uploading. We never touch your channel. We send you the files and you post them.
  • Full channel strategy. This is production, not consulting. One good idea a week, not a long research project.

You see and approve everything before it goes anywhere, so nothing about your compliance process has to change.

Objections—

Questions advisors ask

I already have an editor.

Then you already know editing is not the hard part. The hard part is knowing what to film, and getting the title and thumbnail right. That is the part we would be adding.

I tried YouTube. It didn't really work for me.

How many clients did you get from it? Most advisors say one or two, then treat that as a failure. Ask what those two were worth to the practice. You were judging it on views. It should be judged on clients.

I don't have time to do it again.

Time is the reason you stopped, and time is exactly what we are giving back. You film. That is all we need from you.

Compliance won't allow it.

You approve everything before it goes anywhere. We never post and we never touch your channel. Nothing about your compliance process changes.

What does it cost?

One flat fee a month for four videos, with nothing added on top. We give you the number on the call, once we have looked at your channel. It is one price, and it doesn't move.

How do I know it'll work?

You don't, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. What we can show you is four advisor channels we run every week, and the work we produce for them. Judge the work. Growth depends on things neither of us controls.

How it works—

Four videos a month, one flat fee

It is one monthly fee for four videos. There is nothing else on top — no charge per revision, no charge per thumbnail. You can pay month to month and stop when you like, or commit to three months for a lower rate.

We go through the numbers on the call, once we have seen your channel and know what it needs.

We take five channels at a time

One video on its own tells you nothing. Three months is twelve videos, which is enough to see whether the channel actually moves.

Start—

Book a 15-minute call

Before the call we go through your channel properly. On it we show you the video you should have made more of, and one of your thumbnails redesigned. You keep both, whether or not we ever work together. We only do this for people who book a time.

Can't see a time that works? Send us your channel and we'll email you some options.

We reply within two working days.
